Big Gigantic Throws Down…Big Big G and Louis the Child Invade E-Factory

Concert Review, EDM

This weekend, Big G took over Philly’s E-Factory alongside Louis the Child. Big G’s crowd came out in droves to see the famous duo play out some sexy sax beats and rockin’ drums. Plenty also came out to see the opening tag team, Louis the Child, with their future vibes.

Famous for their remixes, Louis the Child dropped songs featuring Zella Day, Chet Faker, and plenty more. They did an amazing job getting the crowd hype especially with their recent remix of “Blase”, by Ty Dolla $ign. Adding his own dance moves, Robby stood up on the table dancing along with the crowd. The duo decided to tease the crowd by dropping an unreleased song in the middle of their set with a jaw dropping response from the crowd. Wrapping up their set with their most popular hit, Louis the Child left the crowd singing “It’s Strange ft. K.Flay” ready to welcome Big G onto the stage.

With their funky beats, Big G tore the crowd up along with drums and a distinct saxophone. Starting their set off with the new remix of Major Lazer’s “Wave”, Big G began their portion of the night with a bang. Soon following, Big G dropped the brand new single, “The Little Things”, featuring Angela McCluskey, leaving the crowd mind-blown as they finished the song with their own improv on the sax. The groovy jams kept the crowd dancing until 2am. Closing the night off with his song, “Good Times Roll”, featuring Griz, Big G infused the crowd with groovy funky vibes.

This show provided a perfect example of Big G’s huge fan base that follows them on tour. With a now developing base, Louis the Child is on their way to joining the club of dedicated funk fans.
